Satellite Camps 2025

Thank you for visiting our camp website. If you would like us to hold a satellite camp for your players at your school in June, July, or August, please contact us at ccvacamps@gmail.com by sending us your three preferred camp dates, and we will get back to you shortly. Sample camp schedules can be found on the bottom of the page. Please note that at least one school coach is required to be present at each session to supervise the campers (including the lunch breaks) in addition to our camp coach during camps. Camps are open to each and all entrants-limited by only number, age, grade level and/or gender.

Where? At your own school!

When? Coastal Carolina Volleyball Academy camp is flexible as to the days and hours, and the camp dates are booked on a first-come first-served basis.

Who? Your Varsity and JV players, a minimum of 18 campers.

What? 4-6 sessions (approximately 2 hours each) of individual and/or team skill practice. Campers will learn the basic and advanced level of volleyball skills, and not only the individual skill progression, but the team “chemistry” drills, such as side-out and transition attack 6 vs 6 drills are also important parts of our camps.The camp sessions may include any combination of the following:

Each camper needs to register with the link below, and campers will be asked about their school during the registration process. Please note that campers can register for the satellite camps only if the camp was booked by the team's coach and parents were notified about it.

Satellite Camp Fees:

3 days, 6 camp sessions: $170.00

2 days, 4 camp sessions: $140.00

REGISTRATION INFORMATION:

1. Deposit and remaining balance payment option:

After reserving the camp dates and receiving the invoice, a camp deposit payment of $75.00/camper needs to be paid for a minimum of 18 campers within 30 days to hold the dates for the camp. Any remaining balances, along with the completed registration forms, will be due 7 days prior to the camp event for processing.

2. Online registration with the full camp fee payment option:

After reserving the camp dates, the campers may register for the satellite camps on our secure server online by completing the registration forms and paying the full camp fee within 30 days to hold the dates for the camp. Also, any camper that would join the camp later will be able to register online as well.

Please Note: Campers need to bring their own lunches to the camp.

Prorated camp fee for partial attendance is available for each camper, which needs to be communicated in advance via email at ccvacamps@gmail.com.

REFUND POLICY:

No refunds will be issued for cancellations without a refund request submitted in writing via email, prior to the camp start date.

Cancellations due to injury will be refunded in full minus the online processing fee. These refund requests will only be considered only if accompanied by a signed physician's note indicating that your camper is unable to participate for medical reasons.

Cancellations for any other reasons will be refunded in full minus the $75.00 non-refundable deposit and the online processing fee. Once camp begins, refunds will NOT be given.

To cancel via email, please send your notification to ccvacamps@gmail.com, and note in the subject line "Satellite Camp Cancellation” and make sure to include your camper's name, the school's name, and camp dates.
