Camp registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis and can be completed online or by mailing in the 2019 mail-in registration form along with the full camp payment.
ONLINE registration is available for all sessions of the Coastal Carolina Volleyball Academy Camps. You can access the online registration using a secure server at http://www.coastalcarolinavolleyballacademy.com/camps.cfm Please note: there is an online processing fee associated with a credit card payment. The online registration cut-off date is 7 days prior to the start date of the All Skills and Position Camps for meal and accommodation reservation purposes.
An email confirmation will immediately be generated and sent following the completion of your online registration. Please make sure to type your email address correctly, otherwise you will not be receiving any confirmation email. If you are not receiving any confirmation email, please email us to email@example.com and we will double check if your registration was completed.
MAIL-IN registration can be done up to 14 days prior to the camp start date.
The registration MUST arrive no later than 14 days prior to the first day of the camp. If you missed the mail-in registration deadline, you may still register online up to 7 business days prior to the camp start date for the Elite All Skills Camp and the three position camps.

1. ONLINE registration payments are made using a VISA, Discover, or Mastercard. There is a non-refundable online processing fee associated with all credit card transactions.

HOUSING: Overnight Elite All Skills and Position Camp campers will be housed in Eaglin Residence Hall on campus, which is located right across the gym. The air-conditioned rooms in Eaglin Hall are either double or triple-occupancy rooms or four bedroom semi suites. The double and triple-occupancy rooms are connected by a bathroom to a neighboring double or triple-occupancy room. The beds in each room are extra-long, twin-size beds. Overnight campers will need to bring a twin-size bed sheet, a pillow, and a light blanket. Overnight campers should also bring plenty of T-shirts, shorts or spandex, knee pads, socks for all the sessions, playing shoes, personal toiletries (towels, toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, body wash, etc...) alarm clock, cell phones, and may bring spending money (optional) for vending incidentals. Campers are allowed to bring snacks, drinks, and coolers with them for after session period from home.
Camp staff is assigned to every floor campers are located in the Eaglin Hall. The building is locked down for the night and residence hall staff is in house 24/7 during camps.

Meals for Overnight Campers
MEALS: Campers eat their meals at Hicks Dining hall above 50 campers/camp. The dining hall offers buffet-style dining. Camp staff is present during all meals and breaks. If your camper has a dietary requirement os restriction (gluten-free, diabetic, etc.), Hicks Dining Hall offers a variety of allergy food options to choose between. Please indicate your camper's special dietary needs during online registration process or on the mail-in registration form.
*PLEASE NOTE: the commuter camper fee includes only lunch and dinner; breakfast is not included in the commuter rate.
Commuter campers will not stay overnight in the dorms. Since the gym is air conditioned at all times during camps, tt is advised for commuter campers to bring a light sweatshirt to put on during the breaks if needed. *PLEASE NOTE: The commuter camper fee includes only dinner and lunch, breakfast is not included in the commuter rate.
Coastal Carolina Volleyball Academy Camp requires each camper to complete the Health Information questions during the registration process.
It is strongly recommended to have a current physical to make sure that your camper is in good physical condition and no injuries exist prior to camp. The camper do not need to bring the physical with her to camp.
All campers are required to provide the insurance information as requested during the registration process. Assumption of Risk/Release from Liability and Consent for Treatment of a Minor information MUST be read and signed by parents/legal guardians on the registration form. A required digital signature is provided during online registration as well. This information is collected should an emergency situation arise or for necessary treatment for your camper in case of an injury/sickness. Parent/Guardian will be notified immediately should an emergency situation arise.
Our staff is not allowed to administer any medications, prescription or non-prescription to campers. This includes over-the-counter medicines like Advil or Tylenol for minor headaches or pains. If the camper will need to take medications while attending our program, she must bring the medication to camp and assume responsibility for taking it as needed or indicated.
Check-In and Camp Location
Overnight and commuter campers will attend check-in at the new Student Recreation and Convocation Center (also known as HTC Center) on the first day of the camp.

After receiving meal cards and signing-out the secure dorm room keys - which both will be placed on a lanyard for easy keeping-, the campers will place their belongings into their dorm rooms. Camp staff members will be present at all times.
*Each overnight camper is responsible for the special, non-duplicable keys assigned for them for the dorm rooms. All keys MUST be signed-in and returned at check-out.*
***LOST KEY WILL RESULT IN A $250.00 FEE COLLECTED BY THE HOUSING STAFF.***

All CCVA volleyball camps are conducted at the new Student Recreation and Convocation Center, 104 Founders Drive, Conway, SC 29526.
Parents are ALLOWED to park around the HTC Center without obtaining a parking pass during Coastal Carolina Volleyball Academy camps.
Parents are welcome to observe and watch their camper(s) at any time. Space for observing is limited (especially during our team camps); and therefore, we apologize for any inconvenience in advance.

Occasionally campers may become homesick during camps. The sessions are physically demanding and when a camper is away from home and becomes tired, even the most confident athlete can wear down. We encourage parents to have your camper inform the court coach, dorm supervisors, athletic trainer, or camp director if there is an issue. Our staff will be happy to assist a camper with any situation that may arise during camp. Refunds will not be given to campers departing early.
Returned Check Fee
Returned checks will be subject to a $35.00 returned check fee.
*No refunds will be issued for cancellations without a refund request submitted in writing via email, fax or mail prior to the first day of the camp.*
Cancellations due to injury will be refunded in full minus the online processing fee up to 14 days prior to the camp start date. Cancellations due to injury less than 14 days prior to the camp start date will be refunded in full but the $75.00 non-refundable deposit and the online processing fee. These refund requests will only be considered if accompanied by a signed physician's note indicating that your camper is unable to participate for medical reasons.
Cancellations for any other reasons will be refunded in full but the $75.00 non-refundable deposit and the online processing fee. Once camp begins, refunds will NOT be given.
