These COMPETITIVE CAMP SESSIONS will provide members of Varsity and JV high school teams a great opportunity to train together, while learning and refining their volleyball skills.
Team Camp 1 and Team Camp 2 will both include skill and team development, but will have a significant emphasis on 6 vs 6 play.
WHAT DO THE CAMP SESSIONS INCLUDE?
Both camps are identical and will include 20% skill development, 60% team chemistry and side out drills, and 20% tournament play. The camp is designed and lead by Head Volleyball Coach, Coach Jozsef Forman.
The TEAM CHEMISTRY AND SIDE OUT DRILLS are very intense 6 vs 6 games which will build up your team chemistry and prepare your team for the upcoming season.
The TOURNAMENT is a round-robin or all-play-all tournament with at least a minimum of 10 games/team or more played. The tournament is designed the way that even teams that are not advancing to the finals are going to play games until the end of the tournament. There may be a few breaks between games, but the teams are going to play games throughout the whole duration of the tournament.
COACHING CLINIC INFORMATION: During our team camps, we will be holding two one-hour long coaching clinic sessions. We are going to demonstrate teaching methods and progression of serving, passing, setting, blocking, hitting, and defense. Team chemistry and side out drills are also be showed. The clinics will be run between the camp sessions by Coastal Carolina Volleyball coaching staff.
In compliance of NCAA regulations, with a team of 8 or more, one coach attends free of charge for supervising the team, and will receive a free camp T-shirt.
Any additional resident coaches/chaperones will have a $130.00 camp fee. The fee includes 2 nights of housing, 6 meals, and a camp T-shirt. Without rooming, the fee is $90.00 which includes 4 meals (breakfast is not included), and a camp T-shirt.
With a team of 8 or more, each high school coach who works with her/his team during camp, will receive a stipend of $100.00. The $100.00 stipend is offered if you would like to coach your team during the camp in addition to our camp staff court coach. The camp staff court coach is going to run the drills, and the team coach can give her/his players instructions, correct their arm- and footwork, make substitutions, or the coach can just simply talk to the players such as encouraging them, etc. The coaching during camp is OPTIONAL.
Overnight Camper Fee: $270.00, which includes 6 camp sessions, 6 meals, 2 nights of housing, a camp T-shirt, and other small camp prizes. *Please note: the first meal on registration day is dinner.
Commuter Camper Fee: $230.00, which includes 6 camp sessions, 4 meals, a camp T-shirt, and other small camp prizes. The commuter camper fee does not include any breakfast. *Please note: the first meal on registration day is dinner.

OPTION 1: Registering with $600.00 team deposit and Team Camp Registration Form.
To reserve a spot for your team please send in the completed and signed Team Camp Registration Form and $600.00 team deposit for each team attending. After receiving the form and the deposit, we will send you the individual registration forms and an invoice for the remaining balance in a confirmation email. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days prior to the camp start date. If you have more or less than 8 campers, the team deposit remains the same: $600.00 dollars ($75.00/non-refundable deposit/camper for a team of 8). The team deposit holds the team's spot for the camp and will be deducted from the camp fee.
OPTION 2: Registering with full payment and Team Camp Registration Form. NO need to send in any team deposit with Option 2, but the full balance is due within 30 days of the acceptance of the invoice.
Please email us to email@example.com if you would like to choose this option, and we will email you the individual registration forms and an invoice for the full balance. If your players choose to register online with the full payment option, we will need you to either email, mail, or fax us the completed and signed Team Camp Registration Form . Fax number, email address, and mailing address can be found on the form.

CAMP LOCATION AND ADDRESS
Camp and check-in will be held on the campus of Coastal Carolina University at the new Student Recreation and Convocation Center (also called as HTC Center), 104 Founders Drive, Conway, SC 29526.

*Please Note: No refunds will be issued for cancellations without a refund request submitted in writing via email, fax or mail prior to the first day of the camp.*
Cancellations due to injury will be refunded in full minus the online processing fee up to 14 days prior to the camp start date. Cancellations due to injury less than 14 days prior to the camp start date will be refunded in full but the $75.00 non-refundable processing fee and the online convenience fee. These refund requests will only be considered if accompanied by a signed physician's note indicating that your camper is unable to participate for medical reasons.
Cancellations for any other reasons will be refunded in full but the $75.00 non-refundable processing fee and the online convenience fee. Once camp begins, refunds will NOT be given.
To cancel via email, send your notification to firstname.lastname@example.org; note in the subject line “Camp Cancellation” and make sure to include camper's name, camp's name, and camp dates.
